The line in
module allows for continuous or intermittent playback of voice or music from
the SPL 12 to the connected speaker. Standard or emergency announcements,
music and sales promotions may be faded in at facilities such as hotels or
department stores. For lift (elevator) operations, in order not to imperil
safety, replays will be faded out during announcements of the voice module
and afterwards faded in again.A potentiometer permits the module to be adapted to a variety of sources.

Level Module
The module enables
its users to continually adapt the output volume to the environmental noise
level. In an underground station the output volume will increase with the
arrival of a train (high environment related volume), whereas the announcements
are replayed on a normal volume level when train operation is absent.Order No.: 249260
CAN Adapter
Via the CAN
adapter the SPL 12 can be integrated into a CAN BUS system and triggered.
The intended protocol is CAN 2.0B. Users can however set and programme the
